  • How often and for how long do we need to meet?

The duration of therapy is a decision that is best made collaboratively between the therapist and client. I recommend meeting at least once weekly during the beginning stages of therapy, which can be decreased as clients make progress towards their goals. However, I try to be flexible in meeting clients however often works for their schedules and lifestyle so our therapy schedule will be tailored to your needs as the client. Therapy usually terminates when the therapist and client decide that the client has reached the goals that they have set. This may be anywhere from a few weeks to a year or more. It depends on how much you would like to work on! I also support clients that would like to pause therapy and return when they need extra support.

  • What is your COVID policy?
